Conjugated linoleic acid (CLA)
is a naturally occurring fatty
acid found in meat and dairy products. There have been
many clinical studies performed that show that CLA reduces
body fat, increases metabolic rate, decreases abdominal fat
and enhances muscle growth. At least 1.4 to 3.0 grams
per day dietary CLA is necessary to achieve body fat loss.
