Directions: Consume 3 capsules in the morning and 3 capsules midday. Do not consume more than 6 capsules in a 24 hour period. Use during the last 4 weeks of a pro-anabolic cycle and/or take post cycle for 4 weeks to block estrogen and elevate testosterone levels. Best results are seen when used for 8 to 12 weeks of consistent use.
