Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 90 days of delivery.  All returns will be charged a 10% restocking fee of the product(s) price.  Shipping charges will not be refunded, but we will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 2 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Shipping

Free shipping applies to the U.S. only!

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

It is your responsibility to check with your customs office to verify the shipping of our products to your country.  If the package is seized by Customs for any reason and we do not receive the package back, we will not issue you a refund.  If we do receive the package back after being seized and the products are in perfect condition, we will credit you the product cost, but you are still responsible for the shipping charges.

All international shipments must have the same billing and shipping address or we will refuse the order.

We do not hold any responsibility for lost or damaged products being shipped to an international address.

Most orders ship the same day, others ship within 1-2 days depending on product availability.  USPS Priority Mail orders are usually received within 2-3 days of shipment.  USPS Express Mail reaches most places next day from day of shipment.  UPS Ground orders typically arrive within 2-5 business days.  UPS Next Day Air arrive the next day from day of shipment.
