Recommended Use:
- Take 3-6 capsules 10-15 minutes before training.
- Take 3-6 capsules during training.
- Take 3-6 capsules after training.
- Optional: Take 3-6 capsules before bedtime.

Non workout days: Take 4-8 capsules with 8oz. of water with breakfast or lunch. Wait 4-6 hours and take another 4-8 capsules with a meal.
